The 91´«Ã½ Bloomington Campus Policy Committee

The Campus Policy Committee for 91´«Ã½ Bloomington (BL-CPC) was created in January 2026 pursuant to 91´«Ã½ policy , which requires the Chancellor to create a committee to review and approve campus policies on the Chancellor’s behalf. The Chancellor has entrusted that authority to the BL-CPC, which held its inaugural meeting in April 2026.

In keeping with BOT-02 and the Chancellor's charge to the committee, the BL-CPC will:

  • Review proposals to create, revise, or retire campus policies or procedures with the authority to approve those proposals;
  • Identify when 91´«Ã½B must create, revise, or retire campus policies to adhere to university policies;
  • Identify when 91´«Ã½B may create or revise campus policies to address situations unique to the Bloomington campus;
  • Outline distinct processes for how campus policies and procedures are created, revised, or retired, ensuring broad consultation of relevant units;
  • Determine which entities will be responsible for leading work on specific campus policies and procedures; and
  • Determine when units (e.g., the College, schools, departments, and other administrative units) need to create, revise, or retire unit-level policies and/or procedures to align with applicable university and campus policies.

The 91´«Ã½B Provost chairs the BL-CPC, which includes a broad representation of faculty, staff, and student members. Committee members for the 2026–27 year include:
